Luxury Cage, LLC guarantees authenticity of all of our items or your money back. We stand behind all merchandise and if there are any authenticity concerns, you have 48 hours from receipt of your product to address any concerns for a full refund.

AUTHENTICITY POLICY
Luxury Cage, LLC guarantees that all items sold through our store or on our site are 100% Authentic or your money back.
All products we accept for consignment are inspected for brand-specific guidelines and are put through a rigorous authenticity test process. In the United States, federal trademark law also known as the Lanham Act explicitly states that it is illegal to sell fake designer merchandise. We will not sale or promote fakes, any item that cannot be verified authentic will be destroyed unless you pay to have the item shipped back to you.
SALES TAX
Sales tax applies to all orders.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.
Luxury Cage, LLC may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
REFUSED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES POLICY
Refused or unclaimed packages will be charged a 20% restock fee plus all shipping costs. UPS charges for both the delivery attempt and the return. Refused or unclaimed packages that are re-shipped will be charged additional shipping costs. Failure to sign, claim and or pay Custom fees will result in the package being refused and returned to us and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide. Our preferred Carrier UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes so you must have a physical address as we require an adult signature for all items. Orders not shipped to a credit card billing address are subject to further verification and approval.
